Person-Centered Strategies
Our approach is centered around the individual, utilizing person-centered strategies to ensure that each person receives the support they need to thrive. Our holistic approach includes three distinct employment services: Employment Exploration, Employment Development, and Employment Support.
Housing Stabilization Services
For housing assistance, clients must have medical assistance, but not necessarily be on a waiver. However, for all other services, being on a waiver is a requirement. Services are delivered both in clients’ homes and within the community.
