Housing Support

For housing assistance, clients must have medical assistance, but not necessarily be on a waiver. However, for all other services, being on a waiver is a requirement. Our commitment to person-centered PSS strategies ensures that each individual receives personalized support. As a culturally specific agency, we prioritize cultural competency to uphold the dignity of our clients. Services are delivered both in clients’ homes and within the community.
